Is this flower made of real ceramic? Is it heavy?
Yes, it is made of high-temperature clay and fired at over 1300℃—it’s genuine ceramic! With a size of approximately 8.5cm*8.5cm*6.5cm and a net weight of around 225.3g, it sits stably on the table.
Does the color match the picture?
We insist on taking photos of the actual products. However, the kiln-transformed glaze color is unique to each piece, so there may be slight differences between individual items. Additionally, minor color variations might occur due to different monitor displays. The glaze color of the actual product is usually more mellow and layered. Please refer to the actual product, and we believe you will like it even more!
Is the transportation safe? What if it breaks?
Please rest assured! We use custom foam molds plus thickened cartons, specially designed for ceramic products. In the unlikely event of damage, please take photos and contact customer service within 24 hours of signing for the delivery, and we will provide a free replacement or refund!
Does it require maintenance? Will the color fade?
No maintenance is needed at all! Ceramic is a stable material, and the glaze color is permanently fixed through high-temperature firing—it will never fade or “wither”. You only need to gently wipe off dust with a soft cloth occasionally.

Is it fully handcrafted?
Core components (such as petal shaping) are handcrafted by artisans. Some standardized parts (such as standard bases) may be made with the help of molds. However, the entire production process adheres to the essence of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) craftsmanship, ensuring the artistry and uniqueness of each piece.
